The Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) is online mechanism at USPTO for filing and submitting the trademark forms directly to the USPTO over the Internet and for making payments of the government fees. All the Trademark related forms including the ex parte appeals with US TTAB are filed with USPTO and TTAB through TEAS.
